1. An item in my unit needs repair. How do I get help?

Submitting on line or in writing a repair requet. In case of an emergency we provide you contact information

1. Is parking available?

Yes, it is assigned.

2. During which time periods are the pools and decks available for use?

From 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

3. What appliances are standard?

Stove, dishwasher and microwave.

1. Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?

Highly recommended

2. How do I set up my utilities?

We provide a utility form with contact information.

For Future Residents

1. Do I have to make an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?

Both.

2. Where are the washer and dryer/hookups?

No available in the units. We do have a laundryroom in each floor.

3. Are pets allowed? If so, is there a fee?

No Dogs, only 1 indoor cat,deposit $ 350.00.

4. Are utilities included? If so, which ones?

None.

1. How do I pay my rent online?

We provide a letter with login instructions .

2. Does this community offer a referral bonus if I tell my friends?

Yes, if qualifies and move in.
